Personal Injury

If you have suffered an injury and it was not your fault, you may be able to claim compensation.

Accidents at Work

Employers have a duty of care to their employees.  They are responsible for taking all reasonable steps to protect their employees’ health and safety.  If you have had an accident at work or if you have sustained an injury over a period of time as a result of your work, your employers could be liable to compensate you if they have failed to adequately protect you.

Road Traffic Accidents

If you have been injured in a road traffic accident, as a driver, passenger, cyclist or pedestrian, you may be entitled to compensation if the accident was someone else’s fault, even if the driver at fault was not insured or cannot be traced.

Accidents outside the Home

If you have an accident while you are out, such as a fall in a shop or in the street, you could be entitled to compensation if the accident was the fault of someone else, such as the owners of the shop or the Highways Authority.

Victims of Assault

If you have suffered an injury as a result of being assaulted, and you have reported the crime to the police, you could be entitled to compensation from the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority.
