Regrettably, Mustoe Shorter Solicitors & Advocates no longer offer publicly-funded advice on Housing Law , nor on Social Security/Welfare Benefits Law. The forthcoming changes in public funding (legal aid) for such work, which have effectively reduced payment by 50 per cent, mean that the department which we maintained at a very small profit and occasional small loss would only be capable of being run at a very heavy loss, which could not be sustained.
