Mustoe Shorter Solicitors & Advocates is one of the leading firms in this difficult area of the law. Two of our Solicitors are members of the Law Society Children Panel and are therefore recognised by courts, the Government, Local Authorities, CAFCAS and the Legal Services Commission as experts.

Instructions are regularly received from parents, children (both directly and by Children’s Guardians) and all other parties to child protection conferences and cases in the Family Proceedings Court, County Hall and High Court.
