Cheryl Cole

Cheryl Cole qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1991. Cheryl has worked in private practice specialising in family law since 1989.  She attended Guildford College of Law and qualified as a solicitor in 1995.

Cheryl was born and has lived all her life in Weymouth.  She has a young son.

She became an Advanced Member of the Law Societys Family Law Panel in 2002. She qualified as a family Mediator in 2000.

Cheryl specialises in all areas of family work, with a particular emphasis on domestic violence.  She is keenly involved in local groups such as refuges, outreach and forums, working on strategies to improve recognition of the issues surrounding domestic violence.

Cheryl has extensive experience in dealing with disputes over children, divorce, separation and cohabitee disputes and, in particular, resolving the finance/property issues faced by separating couples.
